      Puppy Mills are wrong to puppies. So what is a Puppy Mill? Puppy Mills are breeders mainly without permits that breed dogs in very dirty places. Puppies are usually sick in these conditions and the breeders do nothing. They hide from inspections (there should be more) and just want to make a profit from the dogs. Most of the dogs die and some are sent off to pet stores for more torture! Now laws are getting a bit stricter on these mills, the laws are not full proof. To me I just tell myself why? How can people be so sick to animals? It drives me insane.
