Why?

WHY?

Hey readers! I heard a story today that touched my heart and thought I should share it to the world! It was about a person driving their car and seeing a bag get thrown into a muddy puddle out of a car. So the person got out of their car and went to the bag. The saw a poor puppy crawl from under the bag! They were to late to get the jerk's plate but they rescued the puppy. It now has a loving home! It was a sad story but heartwarming to loving people like me. But why???? Why do people have enough nerve to throw a helpless PUPPY or any animal out a window of a moving car? This is something we need to stop! If I got hold of that person......! You wouldn't even want to know what I would do. Well that's all for today's story.
