Come on! 50 MILLION stray and feral cats!

There are 50 MILLION stray and feral cats out there! That's A LOT OF CATS, and they NEED your help! Most of them go to pounds, where 70% get put down and only 30% find homes! This is so sad... Why don't people get that animals have feelings? What if someone put you on the street? Said "hunt your own food!" Cold, lost, abandoned. That's how these cats feel! And some get hit by cars and end up on the road! Please if your going to adopt, ADOPT FROM A SHELTER OR POUND!

I heard a really sad wrong story. A guy adopted kittens somewhere and brought them home. Where he fed them to his pet snake!!! I will have more on this devastating story later!

Protect Your Dog

Just because it is winter doesn't mean your dog is safe from fleas, ticks, worms, ect. So still be careful and protect your animals! Also, animals pads can be damaged by the cold. Also bundle you and your pet up so they wont freeze out there!

Hey readers! I heard a story today that touched my heart and thought I should share it to the world! It was about a person driving their car and seeing a bag get thrown into a muddy puddle out of a car. So the person got out of their car and went to the bag. The saw a poor puppy crawl from under the bag! They were to late to get the jerk's plate but they rescued the puppy. It now has a loving home! It was a sad story but heartwarming to loving people like me. But why???? Why do people have enough nerve to throw a helpless PUPPY or any animal out a window of a moving car? This is something we need to stop! If I got hold of that person......! You wouldn't even want to know what I would do. Well that's all for today's story. Hey! I have no school today so I really have to make this quick because my ugh brother wants to go on animal jam! Sorry that I haven't been blogging! Today's announcement is to help a stray in need. There are lots of animals in this cold weather all alone and thirsty, cold, hungry, scared, and alone. So at least take some dog food or cat food or even leftovers and put them outside for a stray. You can also call a local trusted animal rescue. And donate food to shelters! Anything could help. THANKS!

Hey readers! Today I have twirling so g2g quick. Ok this picture is Daisy! A Jack Russel terrier. I know she is kind of fat...... She is allergic to everything! Like food allergies, Indoor and outdoor allergies, ect. These are some cools dogs. I mean they used to be bred to go under holes to hunt small animals, so if she sees a squirrel or bird, watch out. You can't see this but her tail was trimmed off as a puppy. They do this so when they go in a tunnel they wont trip or hurt the tail. They are great with children but I don't know about other dogs unless you can teach it to be nice. So that's all today! Hey! I know not many people read my blog, please tell your friends or family that are animal lovers to check it out! So this is Jasmine an American Shorthair. Sorry it is kind of blurry. She is one fat kitty. But, I still love her! Oh twirling tonight I can only blog once!!!! Sorry.... Ok we have five cats why so many you ask? Well one cold morning in late December, my dad went outside and found a kitty and he couldn't resist taking it in! I mean, why wouldn't you she was so cute and it was freezing out!! So he woke me up and my family and said look what I got. I was so surprised! :) So we kept her for a while. Then!!!!! We found out she was pregnant!! YAY!! In a few days she had FOUR kittens! We named them Shadow, Romeo, Jade, Jasmine, and the mom is Chloe! My mom said we would keep them then give them away to families. But we never did because we got sooooo attached to them that my parents said we could keep them! And their Birthdays was this month in the beginning! I love them. They have their own little personalities! I will tell you them. Shadow (boy)- shy, lovable, frisky, and a little bit of a jerk to his sisters/ Romeo (boy)- handsome, lovable, manly, a kitty model/ Jade (girl)- shy, very small, afraid of her brothers, mom, and sister, lovable, frisk/ Jasmine (girl)- lazy, fat, frisky, cutey, can be mean or attack/ Chloe (girl)- loving mother, frisky, playful, nice. So all cats and dogs have feelings and emotions.

This is another picture of Bella! We were at the beach a few months ago and this is her on the way back. Remember if you are driving with a pet put it in cage or the back seat with no access to you if your the only driver. If you have someone else in the car and have a small pet hold it carefully. Keep your eyes on the road and keep you and your pet safe on your trip. And don't put pressure on a pet when it has to go a vet. You would be anxious also if you were stuck in a cage by a giant and were moving fast on a road going to meet strangers. Thanks!!!

^ Hey bloggers and readers! This here is Bella a chich mix. We don't know what she is mixed with but she is small like a chich. Oh if you don't know chich is short word. She will be two next month. Cute huh? She has a lot of spunk if you meet her. Wanted to show you the breed. This breed does have a lot of energy in that small body. But, they are also lovable so don't let that fool you. You can't resist this breed, I mean look at her face.Well this might be it for today. Thanks!

Hi again, ^ this here is Rosy, a sweet Bulldog with a loving home. But it didn't start out so perfect. My family found poor Rosy skin and bones in our yard on a cold September morning. It was also my brothers birthday. So my mom was doing dishes and spotted a dog outside the window and went outside. I was getting ready for school (I think it was a Monday) and my mom was outside with my brother. Here, they had caught her and put her in our outside barn. Then, I saw my mom outside ans went out so investigate myself. I was like omg there is dog infront of me. I asked my mom if it was one of my dad's workers's dog. But, we soon found out it was most likely an Amish farm owners dog.(Since we have a million where I live) So we put flyers out and stuff. Nobody claimed it. My mom took the flyers of in a few days and gave that "plan A" up. "Plan B" was to take her to the vet and get all needed shots. Then we would keep her and find her a home. I still remember after school I would ask "Hi mom how is Rosy doing?" I would play with her  everyday after school. Until, one sad day when a couple came over to look at Rosy. It was all over....... After they took her away I cried. I only knew her for about 2 weeks but, it felt as if I had known her all my life. I still cry writing this back story. But when we found her she was awful, she had goop in her eyes, she was skinny, and just why?, why do people do this to animals? But she is all fine now. Animals have this affect on me that just, makes you feel whole. Without animals or pets, I don't know where I would be today. Pets help so many people like firefighters, police, hospitals, old people, even people in jail. I think people that abuse animals never had the feeling of love that I have with animals. This one story can tell a lot. And this dog was lucky enough to get a second chance by someone that would care for it until it got back onto her paws again. Animals are not just pets, they are more than that. They are just as much as people as we are. So the next time you are about to yell at you furry friend for chewing up that pillow, say is it really worth it? I hope people can learn from this story. Learn that animal and any abuse is wrong. And you are just plain old stupid if you do it. Thanks.

These are my grandparents dogs. One passed away recently. :( he's is in a good place. And the other is great but deaf. They are mini Aussies. How cute! Just wanted to show you them and the breed. They can also be brownish! Oh also sorry yesterday I didn't post because school and then twirling so sorry for some of you.                              What not to feed your pets

          Do those cute faces sneak their way into your kitchen? You can't resist giving them some table scraps! But do you know some things may be harming your pet? The most deadly is chocolate for dogs. Never feed them it!!!!! Never. Cats are ok with it but I would be cautious with it anyways. Another one is grapes. I am not sure what is in it but don't feed them it. Have questions? Just leave it as a comment. Thanks!

                       My Own Law

        Ok so in my LA class We are doing a paper called "There Ought To Be A Law" And we can pick any topic we want there to be a law about. So i'm like hmm. Then you know how awesome I am I came up with this: there ought to be a law that everyone except people with permits must get their pets fixed. So if you like it please tell me!

Hey! If your stressed you know, how about playing with your furry pal? When petting an animal both you and the pet receive calming hormones. This can help if you have a headache too! And it is also fun for the two of you to bond together every one and a while! Hope that helped some of you.

     During Sandy many lives were lost. But did anyone really remember the animals? Animals suffered just as much as anyone else. Now a few months later we are starting to care for left behind animals. So during Christmas did you remember to give a gift to a pet in need? Well it is still never too late. If you can, try to donate to an animal rescue, or even your closest pet store. Every penny can save a life!

                           Step Up For Animals In YOUR Home Town

       One way you can help in your community is to report animal cruelty. If you suspect animal abuse tell someone about it as fast as you can! You should get someone to go check out who you think is doing it. It could save the lives of many animals. Even if your scared you need to tell someone and put a stop to it. There are some ways you may be able to tell if someone is abusing or hoarding animals 1.They don't talk to many people or don't come out of their home many times 2. If they act weird around people 3. If they don't want people in their home I hope these tips help you. Think about the animals, not how scared you are to report.
